We offer beginners’ classes all year round.

YOGA I – BEGINNERS’ COURSE: a basic 4-class training designed for complete beginners and for those who have practiced different styles, in order to learn the basics of Sivananda yoga. Classes are structured in a progressive way and physical exercises are enriched by teachings on yogic philosophy and balanced lifestyle.

Next courses:

YOGA II – ADVANCED BEGINNERS: for those who have completed YOGA I and wish to improve their practice by learning Sirsasana (the headstand) and some variations of the basic poses.

Free trial class: open to all, suitable for beginners as well. If you are new to Yoga, we reccomend you try a YOGA I level class; if you have already practiced Yoga before, you are welcome to try an Intermediate level class . Please book via email, phone or sms. We kindly ask you to arrive a few minutes prior to class, to wear loose, comfortable clothing, and to be on an empty stomach.
